Refund policy

At Staple Vintage, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you receive the product and encounter a problem with it, you can return it after following our instructions.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days after delivery. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

Where Do We Accept Returns

We only accept returns within the United States, as our store is located in the United States. Therefore, we ship to this region and only accept returns from this area.

How To Initiate Return?

To initiate a return, you need to email us at support@thestaplevintage.com or call +1 (518) 917-4484. You can also initiate a return by going to the Contact Us page, whichever way you find convenient.

Eligibility For Return

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, including those that arrive damaged.

We do not offer exchanges. If you want another item, or there is a size issue, or the color does not match, we do not provide exchanges for that.

Condition of Returned Products

Your item must be brand new, unused, and in the original packaging.
All tags, dust bags, and inserts should be included.
Proof of purchase, i.e., order number or receipt, must be provided.
If anything is missing from these requirements, then the return will not be initiated.

We cannot accept returns for:
Gift cards (orders where you have been given a unique code or received a gift card).
Clearance or final sale items (purchased at a discounted price).

How To Return

By Mail: When returns are finalized, the product must be sent back through a courier/mail service (to the return address of the store). Example: Customer sends parcel through their nearest courier (DHL, FedEx, USPS, etc.).

Important: Please do not send any items back without approval or without using the return label we provide.

Unauthorized Returns

Items returned without approval or without using our return label may be refused and sent back to you.

Return Label

The Return Label is a pre-generated shipping label on which our return address and tracking details are written. The customer will need to download & print it and stick it on the package, which is the customer's responsibility.

Fees and Costs

Restocking fees: We do not charge any restocking fees of any kind.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return request and inspect the item.
We will notify you via email.
Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days.
Bank or card provider processing times may vary.

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • The item shows signs of use or damage.
  • Original packaging or accessories are missing.
  • The request is made after the 30-day window.

We will always notify you before issuing a partial refund.
